Know Before You Go

• 🚤 Jet Ski Capacity: Up to 2 riders per Jet Ski

• 🎂 Age Requirement:

  • Drivers must be at least 16 years old.

  • Riders under 16 must ride with an adult.

• 💸 Tips: Prices exclude tips, which are not mandatory but appreciated.

• 💧 Complimentary Bottled Water: Available upon request—ask your instructor.

• 📸 Complimentary Photos: Photos taken with mobile phones are free—ask your instructor.

Cancellation Policy

• 🔄 Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the activity for a full refund.

• ❌ Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity.

• 🚫 No-shows: Failure to arrive at the scheduled time will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.

• 🕒 Changes to Bookings: Requested changes less than 24 hours before the activity are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

• 🌧️ Weather/Technical Issues: In case of unsafe weather conditions or technical issues, the company reserves the right to reschedule the activity or issue a full refund.

• ⏰ Late Arrivals: May result in shortened ride time or cancellation without refund, depending on availability.
